Products
We do our best to describe and display our products accurately.
However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
Prices
- All prices are VAT-exempt (Article 56, Belgian VAT Code).
- Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
- Prices may change at any time.
Orders
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
You will receive an order confirmation by email.
Payments
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, such as:
- Bancontact
- Credit card
- Mollie
- Other available options
Orders are processed only after successful payment.
Shipping
- Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days, when in stock. When backordered it takes 3-5 business days.
- Deliveries are made through bpost/PostNL/letter mail.
- Delivery times may vary based on the shipping provider. Regular letter mail: 7 business days. bpost: 4 business days.
We are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Belgian consumer law:
- Customers have 48 hours withdrawal period from the date of delivery.
- To request a return, submit a message via the contact form.
- Jewellery that has been worn, used, or removed from hygienic packaging cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds are issued after the returned item has been inspected.
Damaged or faulty items
If a product arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours, including photos.
We will offer a replacement or refund.
Liability
We’re not responsible for damage caused by improper use, wear and tear, loss, or lack of proper care of the jewellery.
Customer accounts
Customers may optionally create an account to track orders with bPost.
They are responsible for safeguarding their login details.

All product photos, texts, and designs on this website are the property of Clementine Jewellery and may not be reproduced without permission.
